Before we arrive
Your confirmation shows the appointment details and arrival window. Check your service address and callback number. Tell us what matters most: restoring service, solving a recurring issue, reducing noise, or understanding your replacement options.
- Tell us about gate access, parking, pets, your preferred contact method or language, and whether you prefer a knock instead of the doorbell.
- Where practical, clear a path to the equipment. Please do not move heavy items or open equipment covers for us.
- Let us know who can approve the work and whether another household decision-maker should join the conversation by phone.
- Have questions, previous repair information, and any relevant photos ready.
We send an on-the-way update when heading to your home. If timing changes, we contact you with an updated expectation. Our answering service is available 24/7; technician dispatch and arrival depend on availability.
We listen, inspect, and explain
We begin with your concern, explain the diagnostic process, and ask permission before entering work areas. We use appropriate protection for your home and show useful photos or actual measurements to explain our findings.
Your options, clearly explained
Necessary repairs, reasonable alternatives, and optional improvements are explained separately. Before approving work, review the written scope, price, and applicable warranty. We give you room to ask questions and include another decision-maker.
When comparing repair and replacement, we discuss the equipment’s condition, immediate repair cost, remaining uncertainty, and the scope and warranty of a proposed replacement. We do not promise a particular remaining lifespan or savings without support.
While the work is underway
We explain planned water, power, or cooling interruptions before starting them. You receive updates at useful milestones and when timing changes. If an unexpected condition changes the work, we explain it and obtain approval before additional work begins.
If a part is needed
Order and delivery updates reflect confirmed status. We agree on the next update, including when there is no change, and arrange the repair once parts and scheduling are ready.
Planning a replacement?
Review our replacement-day preparation guide. We confirm equipment and material availability, expected work duration, access, likely service interruptions, and old-equipment removal before your installation.
Before we leave
- We demonstrate operation and explain relevant final test results and any limitations.
- You can try the controls while we explain how to use and care for the equipment.
- We walk the work area together, review cleanup, and identify anything still open.
- We explain the invoice against your approved work before requesting payment.
- Your summary covers findings, completed work, useful photos, care, warranty information, and the next step.
Before leaving, we ask whether anything about the work or your home needs more attention.
After your visit
We assign a next-business-day check-in after completed repairs and installations. For replacements, we also assign a check-in about a week later to discuss operation, comfort, noise, controls, and paperwork. We track promised registration, inspection, and warranty documents until they are delivered.
If something is not right, contact us. We review the original job history, agree on the next action and update time, and check back on the outcome. We welcome honest feedback from every customer.
