INCLUDED WITH YOUR NEW INSTALLATION

Two years of Comfort Plan care, included.

Every new HVAC installation, water heater installation, and electrical panel installation from Service Pro comes with a two-year Comfort Plan at no additional cost. We explain the covered equipment, visit schedule, and included maintenance in your installation agreement.

New water heaters and electrical panels also include a 10-year parts and labor warranty, plus a 5-year water heater replacement warranty or 5-year panel replacement warranty, respectively. New HVAC installations include a 12-year parts and labor warranty and a 6-year unit replacement warranty. Review our installation warranty coverage.

The standalone plan prices below apply when purchasing a maintenance plan separately.

HVAC COMFORT PLAN

Maintain comfort. Measure performance.

Tucson’s cooling season makes reliable operation a practical priority. This plan brings together appropriate seasonal heating and cooling maintenance, performance checks, and a conversation about the air inside your home.

This plan includes two maintenance visits per year. We’ll coordinate appointment dates with you.

What we inspect and test

What we clean and clear

Evaporator-coil removal, blower-wheel pull-and-clean work, severe drain blockages, duct cleaning, replacement parts, and refrigerant are separately quoted. Routine cleaning does not include dismantling equipment for a deep restoration.

measureQuick testing is part of the visit

Every HVAC call uses our measureQuick workflow. We organize available measurements, evaluate operation, and explain findings. Depending on the equipment and conditions, the assessment can include air temperatures, refrigerant pressures and line temperatures, airflow-related measurements, and electrical readings. We review relevant measurements after maintenance when feasible.

If a system cannot operate safely or weather limits testing, we document that limitation and explain any follow-up needed. A software result supports the technician’s assessment; it does not replace manufacturer procedures.

CPS indoor air-quality testing

The HVAC plan includes an indoor air-quality assessment using CPS air-testing equipment. We discuss your concerns, collect the readings supported by the instrument used, and explain what the measured conditions may mean for filtration, ventilation, humidity, and further investigation. Your report identifies the readings actually collected.

A CPS air meter measures conditions; it does not clean the air. Capabilities differ by model, so we do not treat every meter as testing for every pollutant. A screening result is not a mold test, a medical assessment, a guarantee that the air is safe, or a substitute for smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

HVAC member benefits

Get planned seasonal care, a review of measured system performance, an IAQ conversation, and guidance on filter care and maintenance priorities. Keep the visit findings with your equipment records to support future service and warranty discussions.

PLUMBING CARE PLAN

Care for the water systems you use every day.

From a running toilet to scale around fixtures, a maintenance visit helps organize plumbing concerns before choosing repairs. Tucson water conditions and the equipment in your home help shape the service.

This plan includes two maintenance visits per year. We’ll coordinate appointment dates with you.

What we inspect and test

What we clean, drain, and flush

We assess the heater before draining it. A deteriorated tank or compromised valve may need a repair recommendation instead of routine flushing. Tankless descaling, anode replacement, drain snaking, hydro-jetting, sewer-camera inspections, and treatment-system consumables are separately quoted unless specifically included in your agreement.

Plumbing member benefits

Receive organized fixture and water-heater care, a review of visible concerns, and home-specific guidance for leaks, water pressure, and hard-water maintenance. Discuss which issues need attention now and which can be planned for later, with any repair priced before approval.

ELECTRICAL CARE PLAN

A professional look at your home’s electrical condition.

This plan focuses on accessible equipment, protective devices, and the concerns you notice in daily use. Tell us about repeated trips, flickering lights, or storm exposure when scheduling so we can determine the appropriate visit.

This plan includes two maintenance visits per year. We’ll coordinate appointment dates with you.

What we inspect and test

What we clean

Electrical equipment is never drained, flushed, or pressure-washed. Internal panel cleaning, connection servicing, device replacement, and corrective wiring work are separately scoped professional services. A qualified electrician determines whether isolation and utility coordination are needed; switching off a main breaker does not necessarily de-energize incoming conductors.

Electrical member benefits

Get documented observations, a review of protective-device checks, and a practical list of follow-up priorities. Discuss future electrical needs before adding major equipment. This is maintenance planning, not a blanket safety certification or a guarantee against electrical faults.

Know your plan before enrolling.

Each HVAC, plumbing, and electrical plan includes two maintenance visits per year. Your written agreement specifies the price, appointment dates, covered systems and fixtures, access requirements, and included work. Ask about combining plans for your home. Additional systems, specialty cleaning, repairs, parts, refrigerant, consumables, and any optional services must be identified in the agreement or quoted separately.

Maintenance can support equipment care and help identify concerns, but it does not guarantee a particular energy saving, prevent every failure, or automatically satisfy all warranty requirements. Keep the manufacturer’s care instructions and your service records.

Book online or call 520-370-0880 to discuss your home and the right plan. Tell us which trade’s maintenance you want to schedule.

How enrollment and payment work.

  1. Choose your plans and send your home’s details.
  2. Review your quote, included visits, covered equipment, and agreement terms with Service Pro.
  3. Approve the agreement and follow its payment instructions. Recurring billing requires your authorization.

Submitting an online request does not activate a membership or charge a card. If Service Pro sends your agreement through Housecall Pro, use your individual agreement link to review and pay.
