Community Heroes membership terms
- Price: $0 enrollment and $0 annual membership. No card, donation, referral, review, or purchase is required. This is not a reimbursement offer.
- Coverage: one eligible household’s primary residence within our service area; one HVAC system, one storage water heater, and accessible home plumbing and electrical equipment. Two maintenance visits per trade in each 12-month term. Visits may be coordinated together without reducing included trade services. Extra equipment and rental or commercial properties are not included.
- Eligibility: veterans and current or retired first responders and teachers as described above. We verify eligibility before activation; alternative evidence can be discussed by phone. Do not send sensitive documents through this website.
- Scope: routine maintenance follows the published maintenance scope, manufacturer instructions, safe access, and equipment condition. Repairs, parts, refrigerant, deep cleaning, tankless descaling, drain clearing, corrective wiring, and other specialty services are separately quoted. You may decline additional work and retain free membership. Maintenance is not a guarantee against breakdowns or a blanket safety certification.
- 15% repair discount: active, verified members receive 15% off eligible paid repair labor and parts across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical at their covered address, including after included visits are used during the active term. Tell us before approving work so the eligible discount appears on your quote. Excludes dues, included maintenance, standalone tune-ups, new installations and replacements, retail filter packs, Amazon purchases, taxes, permits, and third-party fees. No stacking with other promotional discounts or another membership percentage; no retroactive discount on paid work or cash value. Full repair discount terms.
- Term and renewal: 12 months from the confirmed start date. Renewal remains $0 while you remain eligible and the program is offered. No automatic conversion to a paid membership. Any future program changes apply to new terms; an already accepted term keeps its included free visits. Contact us to cancel without a cancellation fee.
- Scheduling: dates are coordinated with Service Pro; submitting this form does not reserve a time. Unused visits have no cash value and do not roll over. Call for urgent service; membership does not promise an emergency arrival time.
- Existing coverage: we review overlapping paid or installation-included plans before starting this membership. There are no retroactive refunds through this application, and existing billing is changed only after Service Pro confirms the adjustment with you.
- Other programs: eligible paid repairs can qualify for Neighbor Rewards under its separate terms. Free membership and included visits do not generate a referral reward or cash credit.
