YOUR REPLACEMENT DAY

A clear plan for your new equipment.

Prepare for installation, understand the interruptions, and know which records and follow-up to expect.

Before installation day

We confirm your approved equipment and scope, material availability, arrival window, expected duration, and the next step before promising an installation date. Your written estimate explains included work, exclusions, price, and applicable warranty terms.

  • Tell us about access, parking, pets, fragile surroundings, and your preferred contact method.
  • Discuss expected water, power, heating, or cooling interruptions. Tell us if an interruption needs special planning; share only the information needed to coordinate the visit.
  • Confirm who will approve any changes and join the final walkthrough.
  • We review old-equipment removal, debris cleanup, and any permit or inspection arrangements applicable to the project.

During installation

We protect the work area, organize tools and materials, and ask permission before planned service interruptions. If timing or scope changes, we explain the situation and obtain approval for additional work before proceeding.

If the work continues beyond one day, we explain what is operating, what remains unavailable, any access restrictions, and the next confirmed step before leaving.

Your final walkthrough

We demonstrate operation, review relevant startup and performance results, and let you practice using the controls. We explain model-specific care and maintenance, answer questions, and walk the cleaned work area with you.

Your equipment handoff packet

  • Equipment make, model, serial number, and installation date.
  • Useful installation photos and actual final test results.
  • Operating instructions and manufacturer manuals.
  • Filter size and routine care details where applicable.
  • Applicable written warranty terms and registration confirmation, or an assigned completion date.
  • Inspection status, any outstanding work, and the person and date responsible for each next step.
  • Your approved work summary and explained final invoice.

Coverage is governed by the written terms for your specific equipment and approved work. Ask us if any document or explanation is missing.

A check-in after you have used it

We assign a next-business-day care check-in and another check-in about one week after replacement. Tell us how the equipment is operating, whether the controls are clear, and whether comfort, noise, or paperwork needs attention. Contact us sooner if you have a concern.

Keep these details handy

Save your equipment documents and our contact information. We can help locate your service records and discuss the appropriate timing for maintenance.
